Winter ‘25 - ‘26
We are excited to be continue offering winter training at our indoor gym space at 141 Damon Rd.
Our Winter Training Program will be a comprehensive conditioning and strength program that preps student athletes for the spring. In addition to three days of programmed practice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, we are offering supervised Open Gym Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-6pm. Open Gym will be a time where Youth can make up a missed practice or do an extra workout. We will provide chalk board suggestions for training on your own. We are now able to offer strength training in combination with erg sessions for each practice throughout the winter keeping everyone spring season ready!
